Hospital Services
Here in Newfoundland and Labrador, our vast geographical area and relatively small population combine to make a unique landscape for providing health care. That landscape and the health care needs of the population can vary by region as well.
Health Accord NL recommended a planned hospital system network consisting of community, regional and tertiary hospitals, integrated with team-based care, the utilization of virtual technology and maintaining choice for patients/clients.
